Job Position: 3rd Shift Onsite Recruiter
Location: Rockwall, TX 75087
Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 DOE
Shift: 9pm-6am
The Onsite Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts at a manufacturing facility, ensuring the site is fully staffed with qualified, reliable employees. This role works closely with operations leadership to meet production demands, improve retention, and maintain a strong workforce presence on-site.
Responsibilities:
-Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
-Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates through job postings, job fairs, and community outreach
-Coordinate new hire start dates, training schedules, and shift placements
-Monitor attendance, turnover, and employee performance trends
-Act as the main point of contact for employees and client management on-site
-Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
-Maintain accurate applicant tracking and reporting
-Address employee relations issues and provide support to improve retention
-This position requires extended time on production floor.
Qualifications:
-Excellent customer service skills
-1-2 years of experience in a leadership or recruitment role.
