Job Position: 1st Shift Janitor for Production Facility

Summary:
The Janitor ensures a safe, sanitary, and organized environment by cleaning production floors, break rooms, and restrooms.
Duties:
-Sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize manufacturing floors and workstations to keep them free of debris, oil, and spills.
-Safety & Sanitation: Follow strict cleaning SOPs, handle chemicals safely, use protective gear, and comply with environmental regulations.
-Waste Management: Empty, clean, and line waste containers, including trash, recycling, and specialized, industrial waste.
-Restroom & Breakroom Care: Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, toilets, break rooms, and lockers to maintain hygiene standards.
-Facility Upkeep: Clean windows, walls, and glass; sweep sidewalks; remove snow; and keep hallways and stairwells clean.
-Inventory Control: Monitor and restock janitorial supplies (soap, paper towels) and notify supervisors of inventory needs.
