Job Description
We are seeking experienced Crown Reach Truck Operators to support overnight warehouse operations at a cold storage facility in Denton, TX. This position involves operating Crown Reach Truck equipment to move, stage, retrieve, and store palletized products throughout the warehouse while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, and safe operating practices.
Candidates must have previous Crown Reach Truck experience and be comfortable working in a cold storage environment with temperatures ranging from 32°F to -10°F. This position requires dependable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in refrigerated and freezer conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely operate Crown Reach Truck equipment to move, transport, retrieve, and position palletized products throughout the warehouse.
Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and relocating products while following established warehouse procedures.
Inventory Management: Retrieve and put away inventory in designated storage locations while maintaining accurate product placement and organization.
Product Handling: Handle palletized materials carefully to prevent product damage and maintain proper storage conditions.
Equipment Inspections: Conduct routine equipment inspections before operation and report mechanical issues, damage, or safety concerns to management.
Safety Compliance: Follow all warehouse safety procedures, equipment operating guidelines, and established protocols when working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
Productivity: Maintain consistent production levels while completing assigned warehouse tasks accurately and efficiently.
Teamwork: Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate warehouse activities and meet operational goals.
Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety requirements throughout the shift.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous Crown Reach Truck operating experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to safely operate reach truck equipment in a warehouse environment.
Equipment Knowledge: Must have practical experience operating Crown Reach Truck equipment and maneuvering within warehouse storage areas.
Cold Storage Environment: Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 32°F to -10°F for extended periods.
Attention to Detail: Ability to handle inventory accurately, follow instructions, and maintain safe product-handling practices.
Reliability: Must demonstrate dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational needs and safety concerns.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive warehouse activities throughout the shift. Must be able to work in refrigerated and freezer conditions.
Safety Requirements: Must follow all facility safety requirements and wear appropriate cold-weather protective equipment.
Availability: Must be available to work overnight, from 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with overtime as needed.
Compensation: Starting pay is $19.00/hr. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with conversion typically occurring after approximately 90 days. Upon permanent hire, employees receive a $1.00/hr pay increase.
