Seasonal Outbound Warehouse Associate
We are currently hiring for a seasonal Outbound Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and can maintain accuracy and productivity throughout the shift.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
Pay:$19.25 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Perform outbound warehouse duties, including preparing, handling, organizing, and moving products for shipment.

Pick and process products accurately according to orders and established procedures.

Use RF scanners to scan, track, and verify products throughout the outbound process.

Read and accurately recognize numbers, letters, product information, and order details.

Move materials and products throughout the warehouse as needed.

Assist with loading, staging, sorting, and preparing products for outbound shipment.

Maintain accuracy while working at a consistent pace to meet daily productivity expectations.

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.

Keep the work area organized and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members to complete daily production goals.

Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:

Heavy lifting is required.

Must be able to perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift for extended periods.

Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Must be able to safely handle and move materials as required for the position.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous warehouse or outbound experience is preferred but not required.

Must be comfortable using RF scanners.

Must be able to accurately distinguish and recognize numbers and letters.

Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Must be dependable and able to report to work consistently as scheduled.

Work Environment:
This is a physically active warehouse position requiring employees to remain on their feet and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. The warehouse is non-climate-controlled, so employees should be prepared to work in varying temperatures. Employees are expected to maintain safe work practices, accuracy, and productivity throughout the scheduled shift.
Seasonal Position:
Candidates must be willing to commit to the seasonal assignment and maintain reliable attendance throughout the scheduled work period.
