Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Dock Leadership: Supervise all daily receiving activities, coordinate inbound trailer schedules, and optimize dock-to-stock processing times.

System & Inventory Accuracy: Verify incoming freight paperwork against purchase orders. Ensure flawless inventory transactions by performing goods-receipt (GR) data entry within the company's enterprise ERP/WMS systems (such as SAP).

Quality Control Compliance: Carefully inspect arriving materials for shortages, transit damage, or specification discrepancies, collaborating directly with the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) team for product release.

Team Supervision: Directly lead, train, and assign daily workloads for a high-performing crew of receiving clerks and forklift operators while driving a culture of accountability.

Rigorous Safety Management: Enforce complete compliance with OSHA regulations, facility standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strict warehouse cleanliness standards during material handling operations.

KPI Management: Monitor team productivity, identify logistics process gaps, and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize staging and warehouse organization.
Position Qualifications:

Proven Leadership Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience serving in a team lead, supervisor, or management capacity within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.

ERP/WMS System Mastery: Strong technical proficiency in logistics management software is required ( SAP experience highly preferred for processing goods-receipt transactions).

Vendor & Discrepancy Resolution: Excellent professional communication skills to work effectively with vendors, internal logistics managers, and production leads to resolve shipping discrepancies.

Safety First Mindset: Deep familiarity with warehouse material handling safety protocols, OSHA standards, and lean initiatives.
