Warehouse Distribution Associate – Fast-Track Growth & Pay Increases

Location: Katy/Brookshire, TX Area

Starting Pay: $12.00/hr

Shift: Start at 7 am

Available Positions

New employees will start in one of the following key production areas:

1. Loader / Unloader

• Hand-load and unload products from trucks and shipping containers.

• Stack, stage, and organize products on pallets for outbound shipping.

• Handle boxes weighing between 30–50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work zone.

2. Labeler

• Ensure every product and pallet is accurately labeled for shipment.

• Verify shipment information to ensure products are loaded into the correct containers.

• Cross-train and assist with general warehouse duties as needed to meet daily goals.

Requirements

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/move for the entire duration of your shift.

• Reliability: We value punctuality. You must have a track record of being on time and ready to work.

• Safety First: Must be willing to follow all facility safety rules and procedures strictly.

• Motivation: A drive to learn new skills and move up within the company.
