Warehouse Associate – Logistics Specialist

Location: Katy, TX (Near Brookshire)

Starting Pay: $18.50/hr

Shift: 1st Shift (Standard Business Hours)

Are you a detail-oriented warehouse professional with experience in high-tech inventory systems? Core Personnel is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join a premier manufacturing and distribution facility in Katy. This is a high-level logistics role where accuracy, safety, and system knowledge are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• System Management: Receive inbound/outbound shipments and record transactions accurately in Oracle EBS.

• Inventory Control: Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices for material handling, storage, and picking to maintain product integrity.

• Documentation: Review shipping/receiving paperwork for 100% accuracy and process RMA (returned materials) documentation.

• Material Movement: Safely move received materials to designated bin locations and perform regular inventory cycle counts.

• Quality Standards: Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 6S standards and strict Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.

• Equipment Operation: Operate stand-up/sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and company box trucks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of warehouse operations experience (2+ years preferred).

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Oracle EBS is highly preferred.

• Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance and personal commitment.

• Communication: Strong proficiency in English (both oral and written).

• Physicality: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs consistently.

• Precision: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and report inventory discrepancies.
