About the Role
Core Personnel Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler to support receiving, inventory, and material issuing functions for one of our clients. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly — ensuring accurate documentation, proper bin location assignments, and timely material issuance through SAP to meet customer delivery deadlines.
What You'll Do

Support the Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining high performance across all department functions

Process SAP transactions for receiving, un-receiving, issuing, and un-issuing materials, along with bin location assignments

Coordinate with the planning department to obtain production schedules and help plan picking/issuing resources

Provide weekly (and as-needed) phone coverage per the established schedule

Contribute as an active, engaged member of the warehouse team

Communicate effectively across departments

Participate in company safety programs — safety meetings, audits, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Help drive quality by meeting and exceeding customer expectations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring

SAP experience and proficiency in MS Office

Ability to read schematic drawings and identify inventory parts

Strong customer service skills

Requirements

High school diploma required
-
Minimum 2 years of office/manufacturing environment experience, ideally including production control in a manufacturing setting

On-the-job training in Manufacturing Control (or equivalent experience) a plus
Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse/manufacturing office setting, requiring movement around equipment and concrete flooring throughout the shift.
