Pay Rate:$18.00/hr (DOE)

Position Summary:
The Tire Technician will perform a variety of tire services for passenger, light truck, and commercial vehicles. This includes mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires while ensuring all work complies with DOT safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires for various vehicle types
✔️ Inspect tires for wear, punctures, or other damage
✔️ Use tire changers, balancers, lifts, and related equipment safely
✔️ Perform fleet inspections and basic maintenance services
✔️ Maintain a clean and organized work environment
✔️ Communicate effectively with service writers and customers
✔️ Follow all safety procedures and company policies
✔️ Maintain valid DOT certification and compliance
Requirements:
✔️ Prior experience as a Tire Technician preferred
✔️ Valid DOT Certification (Required)
✔️ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding role
✔️ Basic mechanical knowledge and tire repair experience
✔️ Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
✔️ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
