**Position Summary:**
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Ticket Holder** with strong **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** experience for a position in the Cypress area. This role is responsible for managing tickets, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain and organize ticket records accurately
* Process and track work orders, shipments, or service requests
* Provide customer service support via phone, email, and in-person
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
* Perform data entry and ensure all information is up to date
* Assist with filing, scanning, and general administrative duties
* Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
* Follow company procedures and maintain compliance standards
**Requirements:**
* Previous **CSR (Customer Service Representative)** experience required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Good data entry and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with ticketing systems or logistics environments
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
