Your Daily Focus (Key Responsibilities):

Structural & Visual Inspection: Conduct detailed hands-on and visual audits of in-process and finished goods to verify compliance against engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

Discrepancy Reporting: Accurately identify, log, and isolate Non-Conforming Products (NCP). You will document technical variances clearly to assist the engineering team with swift resolutions.

Documentation Auditing: Review and verify that all manufacturing logs and quality paperwork are fully completed, signed, and dated in strict accordance with active blueprint revisions.

Quality System Adherence: Maintain rigid compliance with established ISO 9001:2015 frameworks and internal testing protocols.

Safety & 6S Leadership: Promote a proactive safety culture by monitoring floor hazards and PPE compliance while keeping your inspection zone pristine.

Peer Mentorship: Offer technical guidance and process training to junior quality team members as needed.
What We Look For (Position Requirements):

Core Experience: Minimum of 6 months of dedicated quality control experience in a manufacturing setting (2+ years is highly preferred).

Schematic Literacy: Absolute ability to read, interpret, and trace complex electrical wiring schematics and mechanical blueprints.

Technical Tools: Proficient with calipers, gauges, micrometers, and standard precision hand tools.

Software & Communication: Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) paired with intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) for compiling digital quality reports.

Physical Readiness: Ability to stand for extended periods on a manufacturing floor and safely maneuver up to 40 lbs.
