Schedule:
12-hour shifts | 4 days on / 3 days off (non-consecutive) | Day shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or Night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) available
Compensation:$25.00/hour, based on experience
About the Role
Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a Project Coordinator to support operations at our San Marcos, TX facility. This role is essential for maintaining strong day-to-day execution, leadership coverage, and high-quality performance within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership and oversight to ensure operational goals are met

Transition seamlessly between supervisory duties and hands-on floor support

Identify and resolve process or performance issues on the production floor, documenting findings to maintain consistent standards

Maintain strong communication with internal teams and leadership

Ensure processes are followed and performance standards are consistently achieved

Perform physical, hands-on tasks during peak periods or downtime
Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project coordination or supervisory experience

Process-driven, hands-on leadership style

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Reliable transportation and strong attendance/punctuality

Valid driver's license
Work Environment

Non-climate-controlled facility

Significant walking and standing for extended periods

Fast-paced, high-volume production setting
Schedule & Flexibility

Day shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or Night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), 12-hour shifts

4 days on / 3 days off (non-consecutive off days)

Compensation
