Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support daily production and inspection teams to meet departmental goals.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all team members strictly follow work instructions and quality standards.

• Operational Monitoring: Track daily productivity, accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations.

• Training & Development: Assist with onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training to the team.

• Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date production logs and reporting records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous supervisory, team lead, or manufacturing/inspection experience is preferred.

• Leadership Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building abilities.

• Adaptability: Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-Oriented: High level of attention to detail to ensure quality control standards are met.

• Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy and documentation skills for accurate record-keeping.
