The Job: Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to manage the deep cleaning and sanitation of our stadium kitchens and concessions stands. This is a crucial role focused entirely on cleaning, organization, and kitchen support .
What You'll Do:

Deep Cleaning: Use commercial-grade chemicals and equipment to clean and sanitize floors, walls, and all kitchen surfaces.

Equipment Care: Clean and wash all cooking equipment, utensils, trays, and dishes (dishwasher operation and manual scrubbing).

Waste Management: Empty trash bins, break down boxes, and handle recycling and waste disposal.
Expectations:

Reliability: Must be highly dependable and punctual for all evening and weekend shifts.

Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle heavy-duty cleaning tasks.
