Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift SMC
Description: The SMC Production Worker is responsible for assembling fiber lids, operating SMC molding equipment, and preparing finished lids for palletizing and shipment. This role focuses on quality, safety, and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and prepare fiber lids for SMC production.
• Load lids into the SMC machine and ensure proper operation.
• Monitor the machine and check for proper forming of each lid.
• Inspect lids for defects and maintain quality standards.
• Stack finished lids and strap them securely onto pallets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
Requirements:
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic machine operation skills (training provided).
• Ability to lift, stack, and handle materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail.
