Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, as well as hands-on experience with order processing, shipping coordination, and warehouse support tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with both office staff and warehouse personnel.
Key Responsibilities:

Process order releases and unreleases accurately

Manage back orders and ensure timely fulfillment

Perform order invoicing and maintain accurate records

Evaluate orders for appropriate shipping method (Ground vs. LTL)

Book LTL carriers and coordinate shipments
-
Handle manual entry for UPS Ground and FedEx Ground shipments

Complete LTL report data entry and tracking
-
Perform stock adjustments as needed

Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, customers, and truck drivers

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations

Knowledge of order processing, shipping, and inventory management

Experience with LTL shipments and carrier booking

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (ability to build and navigate documents)

Stand-up forklift experience required

Fully bilingual in Spanish and English:

Spanish for communication with warehouse staff

English for customer interactions, phone calls, emails, and coordination with drivers
