Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shipping Lead to join our warehouse team in Mesquite, TX. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations, ensuring productivity goals are met, and leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience, strong communication skills, and can motivate team members while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Lead and support the shipping team throughout the shift.

Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance.

Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.

Communicate expectations and provide direction to team members.

Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Assist with shipping operations and problem-solving as needed.

Work closely with supervisors and other departments to meet production goals.
Requirements
✔ Previous leadership experience (warehouse leadership preferred)
✔ Basic computer skills
✔ Strong communication and team leadership skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
throughout the shift
✔ Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
