Job Description:
We are currently hiring Bilingual (English/Spanish) Picker/Packers to support the shipping department at a manufacturing warehouse that produces vending machines. This position is responsible for picking and packing parts, preparing orders for shipment, and assisting with general duties on the shipping dock. Bilingual skills are preferred to help with communication in our diverse warehouse team.
Responsibilities:
Pick and pack parts and materials for outgoing orders
Prepare and organize items for shipment
Assist with loading and unloading shipments on the shipping dock
Verify orders for accuracy before packaging
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow warehouse safety procedures
Communicate effectively with team members in English and Spanish
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or shipping experience preferred
Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and good attendance
