• Location: Keller, TX 76248 (In-Office)

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr + OT

• Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Initiate engaging outbound calls to prospective schools to spark interest in our premier programs.

• Relationship Building: Develop rapport with school administrators, aligning product benefits with their educational goals.

• Close Deals: Efficiently manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.

• Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and digital tools to research leads, log data, and organize accounts.

• Collaborate: Contribute to a high-energy team culture by sharing strategies and hitting goals together.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in telemarketing or outbound sales (preferred).

• A vibrant, professional phone personality that builds instant trust.

• Strong written/verbal communication skills ( impeccable grammar is a must ).

• Tech-savvy mindset, comfortable with multi-line phones and CRMs ( Salesforce is a plus ).

• High School Diploma or GED; ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
