Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting great talent with great opportunities? Join our team as a Staffing Recruiter and help drive growth by sourcing, placing, and retaining top talent in light industrial and event staffing roles
What You'll Do:
Source, screen, and place qualified candidates
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Partner with clients to meet staffing needs quickly and effectively
Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes
Support branch operations
What We're Looking For:
At least 1-2 years of staffing/recruiting experience and 1-2 years of customer service experience
Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing preferred
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
ATS/CRM experience required
