A highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter is sought to join our team, responsible for identifying and securing top-tier talent for open positions in the most efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on direct sourcing and building robust candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sourcing & Candidate Generation: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, professional networking, social media, and community outreach. Build and maintain applicant sources by establishing relationships with local community services and educational institutions.

  • Candidate Assessment & Selection: Conduct thorough interviews, analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements to determine applicant suitability. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.

  • Interview Coordination & Onboarding: Efficiently coordinate interview schedules, provide plant tours, and escort applicants as needed. Create comprehensive offer letters, including compensation, relocation details (if applicable), and other relevant information. Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, including completion of all necessary paperwork.

  • Compliance & Administration: Maintain strict adherence to all employment regulations, EEO/AAP requirements, and current legislation. Educate and enforce regulations with managers and recommend procedural improvements. Maintain accurate candidate and position data within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).

  • Strategic & Operational Excellence: Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to creatively resolve recruitment challenges. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet critical deadlines within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Team Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively both independently and as a valuable contributor to a team environment. Possess excellent verbal and written English and Spanish language skills for effective communication with a diverse candidate pool and internal stakeholders.

  • High-Volume Engagement: Comfortably manage a high volume of daily calls and candidate interactions.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 1+ years of direct sourcing experience utilizing job boards, networking, and various recruitment tools.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).

  • Strong understanding of EEO/AAP and immigration policies, procedures, and related government employment laws.

  • High energy, positive, and self-starter personality with the confidence and assertiveness to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to perform physical demands of the role in both office and warehouse environments, including moving around the plant/manufacturing environment, walking long distances, and climbing stairs.

  • Manufacturing and distribution recruitment experience is a plus.

  • Mass hiring experience is a plus.
