Work 3 days, get 4 days off every week. Core Personnel Staffing is hiring two Quality Auditors for a growing manufacturing client in Plano. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy solving problems, and like being the person who makes sure things are done right, this is a great fit.

2nd Shift: Monday - Wednesday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

4th Shift: Thursday - Saturday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Pay:$18/hr
What You'll Do

Perform daily product and process audits to make sure everything meets quality standards

Investigate quality issues, find the root cause, and help put corrective actions in place

Share audit findings clearly with operators and leadership, and know when an issue needs to be escalated

Work closely with production teams to fix problems in the moment and improve processes over time

Provide clear shift pass-downs and reports so the next shift picks up where you left off

Support the Quality Lead with data analysis, material validations, and other quality tasks
What You Bring
-
2+ years of college or equivalent work experience

Auditing or quality experience in a manufacturing environment (digital printing or lean manufacturing experience is a plus)

Familiarity with quality tools such as root cause analysis, 5 Whys, or corrective action processes

Solid computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Office

Clear, confident communicator who can have tough conversations professionally

Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently on nights
