The Role & Impact

As a Quality Control Testing Specialist, you will be a vital part of the production line—executing rigorous functional testing and troubleshooting to ensure advanced electrical products meet exact performance and safety specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Functional & Acceptance Testing: Perform production-line testing, including high-voltage insulation tests and functional performance evaluations.

  • Troubleshooting & Failure Analysis: Identify basic test failures, diagnose root causes, and document findings per standardized processes.

  • Schematic & Drawing Interpretation: Read and navigate complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and digital work instructions with high accuracy.

  • Precision Reporting: Accurately log test results, complete formal inspection reports, and maintain traceability data.

  • Safety & 6S Maintenance: Adhere strictly to PPE compliance, promote a safe work environment, and maintain an organized workspace adhering to 6S standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in quality control testing (2+ years preferred).

  • Tool & Equipment Mastery: Proficient in the use of digital oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, high-voltage isolators, and current clamps.

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot using complex electrical schematics.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.

  • Communication & Tech: Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
