In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing product quality for various industries to achieve total customer satisfaction. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training is provided!

Job Details & Compensation

• Position: Quality Control & Assembly Inspector

• Shift: Day Shift available

• Experience: Entry-level (Inspection or manufacturing experience is a plus!)

• Reports To: Project Coordinators

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Inspection & Assembly: Follow strict, step-by-step digital and written work instructions to perform hands-on component assembly and product inspections.

• Defect Containment: Quickly identify, segregate, and contain any nonconforming or defective products found during the process.

• Data Tracking: Precisely record production data and complete traceability or verification records as required.

• Continuous Learning: Complete mandatory training for every job variation and revision before starting active production work.

What It Takes to Succeed (Skills & Requirements)

• Technical Aptitude: Must be able to read, write, fully understand work instructions, and follow precise directions. High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• Core Skills: Strong visual acuity, excellent hand-eye dexterity, fast pacing, accurate counting, and a sharp attention to detail.

• Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to different inspection tasks and utilize basic measurement gages as trained.

Work Environment & Safety

• Thrives in a fast-paced, active, and high-volume production environment.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive lifting.

• Safety Mindset: Commitment to facility safety standards, including eye and hearing protection where excessive noise is present, electrical safety protocols, and safe handling of non-hazardous sorting chemicals.

• Gear: Note: Steel-toe boots and a cap are required for this facility.
