Job Position: Quality Auditor Technicians
Location: Coppell, TX 75019
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Shift: Day shift
Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a Quality Auditor Technician for a manufacturing client. You’ll audit production processes, make sure they follow established procedures and quality standards, and help drive continuous improvement on the floor. This is a good fit for someone with quality or production experience who notices the details others miss.
What You’ll Do

Audit manufacturing processes across Assembly, Testing, Packing, Warehouse, IQC, and Service/Repair

Check that work follows work instructions, quality standards, customer requirements, 7S, and ESD controls

Identify and document nonconformities, process deviations, and improvement opportunities

Prepare audit reports, maintain documentation, and follow up on corrective actions

Support internal, customer, and external audits and continuous improvement activities
What You Need

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical education preferred

Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, quality control, production, or a related technical field

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation habits

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), plus the ability to learn MES and other quality systems
Nice to Have
-
Server, computer hardware, or electronics manufacturing experience

Process or quality auditing experience

Familiarity with ISO 9001, 7S, ESD, MES, traceability, and root cause analysis
