Bilingual Quality Auditor Technician (English / Mandarin Chinese)

Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Quality Auditor Technician for a large electronics and server manufacturer in Katy, TX. If you have a manufacturing or quality background, are fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and like making sure things are done right, this role puts both skills to work every day.
What You’ll Do

Audit manufacturing processes in Assembly, Testing, Packing, Warehouse, IQC, and Service/Repair

Check that work instructions, procedures, customer requirements, 7S, and ESD controls are being followed

Find, document, and report nonconformities and process deviations, then follow up on corrective actions

Translate and explain audit reports, work instructions, quality procedures, and technical documents between English and Chinese

Meet with teams in China and Taiwan to go over audit findings, share best practices, and talk through quality improvements

Help Quality Engineers prepare for internal, customer, and external audits and with continuous improvement projects
What You’ll Need

Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese: reading, writing, and speaking, including technical documents and professional reports in both languages

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical training preferred)

Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, quality control, production, or a related technical field

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot gaps between written procedures and what actually happens on the floor

Clear, objective, accurate documentation skills

Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and the ability to learn MES and other quality systems

Ability to work independently and handle several audits at once
Nice to Have

Experience in server, computer hardware, or electronics manufacturing

Previous process or quality audit experience

Familiarity with ISO 9001, 7S, ESD, MES, traceability, NC/OFI classification, 4M1E, or root cause analysis
