Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a QC Operator for a well-established food manufacturing facility in Coppell, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented quality professional who wants to grow with a stable, high-volume production team. If you have food manufacturing experience and take pride in making sure every product meets the standard, we want to talk to you!
What You'll Do

Inspect and test food products to ensure they meet quality standards

Perform product sampling and basic lab testing

Monitor production processes and quality checkpoints throughout the shift

Maintain accurate quality records and follow GMP and food safety standards

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
What You'll Need

Prior experience in food manufacturing (required)

Basic computer and math skills

Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Availability to work weekends as needed

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
