(Weekly Pay) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our rug production team. You will be the final line of defense, ensuring that every rug leaving our facility meets our high standards for craftsmanship and beauty. Key Responsibilities

Visual Inspection: Thoroughly examine rugs for defects such as loose threads, irregular stitching, color bleeding, or sizing inconsistencies.

Measurement Verification: Ensure all products meet specific dimensions and weight requirements.

Texture Check: Feel and inspect the pile and backing of rugs to ensure material quality is consistent.

Documentation: Record pass/fail results and document specific defects for the production team to address.

Packaging Oversight: Ensure rugs are labeled correctly and prepped for shipping without damage.
Requirements

Attention to Detail: You can spot a single misplaced thread in a complex pattern.

Reliability: Since we start at 6:00 AM, punctuality is a must.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/maneuver rugs (up to [X] lbs) for inspection.
