Job Position: Purchasing Lead
Location: Tyler, TX 75703
Pay Rate: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM
Description: Purchasing Lead
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Lead for our HME medical office. This role involves sourcing, ordering, and inventory management of all medical equipment, while ensuring strict adherence to budgetary and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on role involving direct work with clients, both in the office and within their homes. This role will receive full training, starting with the basics before integrating into the lead position.
Purchasing Lead Responsibilities

Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services.

Maintain timely completion of services under 30 days.

Schedule, maintain and oversee delivery schedules.

Deliver and educate patients on equipment usage, ensuring proper set up, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance.

Maintain warehouse inventory and HQAA compliance standards.

Order, source, and track incoming deliveries.

Coordinate tech routes.

Rebuild equipment as needed.
Purchasing Lead Skills

Experience with HME software preferred

Inventory experience required.

Purchasing experience required.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

HME experience preferred.

High school diploma.
