Job Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Mustang Ridge, TX 78747
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Shift: Night Shift
Description: Key Responsibilities
Provide daily leadership and oversight to ensure operational goals are met
Transition seamlessly between supervisory duties and hands-on floor support
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and leadership
Ensure processes are followed and performance standards are consistently achieved
Perform physical, hands-on tasks during peak periods or downtime
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience
Process-driven, hands-on leadership style
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance/punctuality
Valid driver's license
Work Environment
Non-climate-controlled facility
Significant walking and standing for extended periods
Fast-paced, high-volume production setting
Schedule & Flexibility
Night shift: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
Day shift: 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM
12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 3 days off (non-consecutive off days)
Flexibility to work additional days based on business demand
