Location: Katy / Brookshire, TX Area

Pay Rate: $12.50 – $13.00 / Hour + Consistent Weekly Overtime

Regular Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-Hour Shift)

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-Hour Shift)

  Training Schedule: Weekly Training Slots Available Every Tuesday – Friday (2:00 AM & 2:00 PM Starts)

  Position Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Placement

Core Personnel Staffing is hiring immediately for high-volume Production & Molding Operators at a top-tier consumer goods plant in the Katy/Brookshire area.

No experience required! We offer paid, hands-on training slots every Tuesday through Friday at 2:00 AM and 2:00 PM to get you onboarded, trained, and earning quickly.

Key Roles Open Now:

• Assembly Operators: Assemble consumer products on high-speed lines using basic hand tools, follow simple instructions, and conduct quality checks.

• Molding Machine Assistants: Assist with industrial plastic molding machines, trim excess material, inspect finished parts, and keep hopper feeds loaded.

Requirements:

• Availability: Able to work a full 12-hour shift schedule (Regular shifts start at 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM; Training sessions start at 2:00 AM or 2:00 PM).

• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting 30–50 lbs throughout your shift.

• Dependability: Strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, and reliable daily attendance.

• Safety: Willingness to follow facility safety protocols and wear required PPE.
