Location: Houston, TX (77013 / East Houston)
Assembly & Production Team Leads
Starting Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily floor operations in production, assembly, and blow molding lines.
Train, mentor, and onboard new team members on safety, quality, and output standards.
Help manage line efficiency and troubleshoot basic operational bottlenecks.
Maintain clear communication between floor workers and plant management.
Requirements:
An updated resume is required for this position.
Proven experience in blow molding, high-volume assembly, or general production.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of training and developing others.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly valued to support team communication.
