The Opportunity

Are you looking to build a hands-on career with a stable, growing company? Core Personnel is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join a premier door manufacturing team in North Austin.

In this role, you will play a key part in crafting high-quality doors for residential and commercial use. This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent long-term career potential.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Craft & Assemble: Use hand and power tools to prepare, machine, and pre-hang interior and exterior doors.

  • Build Components: Assemble door frames, casings, and related hardware with precision.

  • Material Handling: Safely pull and organize raw materials needed for the daily production run.

  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality and safety standards.

  • Teamwork & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist in other production areas as needed.
