Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Overtime available based on production demands)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Compound Blender to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production process, precisely mixing and blending raw materials according to specific formulas. Key Responsibilities

Material Blending: Mix and blend various raw materials and compounds according to strict formulas and instructions.

Precision Measuring: Accurately measure ingredients to ensure product quality and consistency.

Equipment Operation: Load raw materials into mixing equipment and safely monitor the production process.

Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety standards.

Team Collaboration: Assist with general production duties and support team members as needed.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Background in manufacturing, blending, construction, or heavy labor.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy loads and work comfortably in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Core Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Traits: Strong attention to detail, a coachable attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a proven track record of good attendance.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.
