The Opportunity
Our client in North Austin is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidates.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in the manufacturing process, helping produce high-quality doors for residential and commercial use.
What You’ll Do
Use hand and power tools to prepare and pre-hang doors
Machine interior and exterior doors
Assemble door frames and components
Pull materials needed for production
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist in other areas of the operation as needed
