Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Precast Concrete Laborers to join our production team. Candidates must have hands-on experience working with reinforcing materials and concrete fabrication in a precast environment.
Responsibilities:
Install and tie rebar and wire mesh according to drawings and specifications
Bend, cut, and place rebar using hand tools and bending equipment
Assist in setting up forms and molds for precast concrete products
Pour, finish, and strip precast concrete components
Read and follow shop drawings and work instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience with rebar, mesh installation, and bending
Experience working in a precast or concrete production environment preferred
Ability to read basic blueprints and measurements
Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in a labor-intensive environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Manufacturing/plant environment
Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions required
Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures
Compensation:
