We are hiring a Production Control Associate to support operations within a medical insurance digital solutions warehouse. This position will focus on maintaining accurate information, tracking workflow, and supporting daily production goals through data entry and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain production information using computer systems and Excel
Review documents and data for accuracy and completeness
Track workflow progress and assist with meeting daily production goals
Maintain organized records and reports
Communicate updates and assist with resolving discrepancies
Support daily operations in a fast-paced document processing environment
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills required; Excel experience preferred
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Comfortable working with confidential information
Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
