We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced factory environment where precision, safety, and efficiency are paramount. The ideal candidate will have prior factory or warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with assembly line processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing operations and contribute to the production of high-quality products.
Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Some mandatory Saturdays may be required. Must be able to train on 1st shift for the 1st week
Duties
Operate various manufacturing equipment, including assembly lines and power tools, ensuring smooth production flow.
Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
Assist with the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of machinery such as forklifts and other factory equipment.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to meet safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Support warehouse activities including loading, unloading, and inventory management as needed.
Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements
Previous experience in manufacturing facilities or warehouse environments is preferred.
Mechanical and CNC knowledge and familiarity with assembly line operations are highly desirable.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical tasks.
Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting within a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform manual tasks involving repetitive motions.
Prior factory or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
