Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour

Shift: Late Shift (1:30 PM – 12:00 AM)

Schedule: Monday through Friday (occasional weekend overtime may be required based on production needs)
Key Responsibilities

Production Line Operation: Assist with the daily blending, mixing, and processing of products according to specific guidelines.

Packaging & Quality Control: Package finished goods efficiently, inspect products for quality defects, and ensure proper labeling.

Machine Operation: Monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operations and report any issues to the shift supervisor.

Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety and OSHA guidelines.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments is highly preferred (experience in food production/blending is a major plus).

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of excellent attendance, especially for late-afternoon/night shifts.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow strict recipes, measurement guidelines, and safety procedures precisely.
