Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Pick & Pack Associate to join our team in Plano, TX. This position supports the processing and fulfillment of insurance-related documents and materials in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate is bilingual, computer literate, detail-oriented, and able to remain productive while standing for extended periods. This role reports directly to Susan Perez and offers an opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and attendance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pick, pack, sort, and prepare insurance-related materials for shipment.
Utilize computer systems to process orders and track inventory.
Verify order accuracy and ensure quality standards are met.
Follow work instructions and production schedules.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Work independently while maintaining productivity goals.
Support other warehouse and production functions as needed.
Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems.
Previous warehouse, pick and pack, or production experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand in one work area for several hours at a time.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Frequent walking throughout the facility.
Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Comfortable working in a production environment.
