We’re looking for a Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to take the lead on workforce management and recruiting at one of our key client sites. This role combines boots-on-the-ground operations with strategic recruiting, giving you the opportunity to truly shape the success of both the workforce and client partnership.
What You Bring:
?? Bilingual in English & Spanish – required
?? 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or HR admin experience preferred
?? A proactive, organized, and solutions-focused mindset
?? Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients and candidates
?? Knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and compliance essentials
?? Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do:
?? Support daily operations: check-ins, attendance, and team engagement
?? Recruit, screen, and onboard top-tier contingent talent
?? Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet client demands
?? Run orientation sessions and pre-employment screenings
?? Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions and onboarding support
?? Collaborate with HR to ensure full compliance and documentation accuracy
?? Organize appreciation events to foster connection and culture
?? Occasionally assist branch recruiting when needed
