Description: Are you an experienced staffing, workforce management, or operations leader ready to make a bigger impact?
We’re looking for a bilingual Onsite Supervisor / Manager to lead onsite workforce operations, develop a high-performing team, and build strong client partnerships.
In this role, you will:
✅ Lead, coach, and develop onsite representatives and recruiters
✅ Oversee daily workforce operations, attendance, performance, and engagement
✅ Build and manage strong client relationships
✅ Drive staffing strategies, retention, and workforce planning
✅ Solve workforce challenges and implement process improvements
✅ Ensure compliance with company, safety, and client requirements
What you bring:
🔹 Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency — required
🔹 2+ years of leadership experience in staffing, operations, or workforce management . Light Industrial Staffing is a plus
🔹 Strong people leadership and coaching skills
🔹 Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving abilities
🔹 Highly organized, adaptable, and strategic mindset
