What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Floor Monitoring: Work directly with the inspection team to actively monitor assembly and quality tasks, evaluate daily performance, and provide crucial progress input to the Project Coordinators .

Defect Control: Take charge of the proper handling, logging, and segregation of all reject, non-conforming, and scrap materials .
What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Prior manufacturing or quality experience is preferred; previous experience as an inspection lead or team lead is a major plus .

Problem Solvers: Strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a talent for real-time problem solving on a fast-paced shop floor .

Safety Mindset: Ability to stand, lift, and work comfortably in a task-driven environment where eye, hearing, and tool safety are prioritized .
