Key Responsibilities (The Craft):

Technical Inspection: Perform hands-on and visual inspections of in-process and finished goods to verify workmanship against complex engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.

Discrepancy Documentation: Accurately log and report Non-Conforming Products (NCP). You will document structural or electrical discrepancies with high detail to ensure swift engineering resolution.

Compliance Control: Audit and verify that all assembly and quality documentation is complete, signed, dated, and strictly matches the most current blueprint revisions.

Framework Standards: Follow ISO 9001:2015 standards and established QC procedures to confirm all products meet strict acceptance criteria.

6S & Safety Excellence: Maintain a highly organized, pristine work area and champion a "Safety-First"culture by monitoring PPE compliance and reporting floor hazards.

Mentorship: Provide clear training and guidance to junior QC personnel on departmental methods and testing processes as needed.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

Experience: At least 6 months of dedicated Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment (2+ years is highly preferred).

Technical Literacy: Must be able to fluently read, trace, and interpret mechanical blueprints and complex electrical wiring drawings.

Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience using precision hand tools, gauges, and measurement devices.

Quality Systems Knowledge: Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or similar formal quality management systems.

Software Competency: Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for accurate digital record-keeping and reporting.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods on a manufacturing floor and lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs safely.

Communication: Strong English proficiency (both written and oral) with the ability to communicate precise technical issues clearly to supervisors and production teams.
