Position Summary & Key Responsibilities:

As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a critical part in ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing discrepancies across all inbound and outbound processes. Daily duties include:

• Record Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate inventory databases, log stock changes, and perform data entry with high precision.

• Material & Stock Control: Support material movements across the floor, ensuring production and kitting lines have the components they need.

• Audit & Discrepancy Tracking: Perform cycle counts, audit storage locations, investigate stock discrepancies, and generate basic inventory reports.

• Team Operations: Collaborate closely with receiving and assembly crews to streamline overall material flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse inventory control or a closely related supply chain field.

• Software Familiarity: Basic working experience utilizing SAP, WMS, or similar warehouse inventory management systems.

• Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, reliable data entry skills, and strong teamwork habits.

• Physical Stamina: Physical ability to stand, walk the floor, and lift or move materials as required by the role.

• Punctuality: Flawless attendance mindset. With a strict project launch on Monday, June 15th, the team relies on you to arrive on time every day.
