Key Responsibilities:

Safe Equipment Operation: Securely operate forklifts to move, stack, stage, and retrieve heavy pallets and materials throughout the facility.

Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound freight trailers, container trucks, and staging zones.

Inventory Distribution: Move materials directly to designated production lines or storage bays to support uninterrupted facility workflows.

Inbound Inspection: Verify order counts and visually inspect incoming stock for visible damages prior to scanning or racking.

Safety & Upkeep: Perform daily pre-shift equipment safety checks and maintain an organized, hazard-free warehouse environment.
Position Requirements:

Proven Forklift Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts in an industrial warehouse setting.

Unmatched Reliability (Critical): Strong commitment to attendance. We need individuals who treat their schedule seriously and arrive on time every day.

Physical Capabilities: Comfortable working on and off the equipment, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 40-50 lbs as required.

Safety-First Mindset: Strict adherence to warehouse speed limits, pedestrian safety awareness, and mandatory PPE guidelines.
