Project Coordinator – Night Shift
Locations: Arlington & Grand Prairie (3 plants)
Schedule: Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM | 12‑hour shifts | 4 days on / 3 days off
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)
About the Role
We are hiring Project Coordinators to support operations for a major automotive manufacturing partner at multiple plant locations in Arlington and Grand Prairie. These positions are essential for maintaining strong day‑to‑day execution, leadership coverage, and high‑quality customer support within a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership and oversight to ensure operational goals are met

Transition seamlessly between supervisory duties and hands‑on floor support

Maintain strong communication with internal teams and our automotive manufacturing partner

Ensure processes are followed and performance standards are consistently achieved

Support multiple sites within the operation as needed

Perform physical, hands‑on tasks during peak periods or downtime
Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience

Process‑driven, hands‑on leadership style

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Reliable transportation and strong attendance/punctuality

Driver's license

Non‑climate‑controlled facilities

Significant walking and standing for extended periods

Fast‑paced, high‑volume production setting
Schedule & Flexibility

Night shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
