Position Overview
We are looking for professional, high-energy individuals to join our Event Staffing team. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. This role balances top-tier customer service with rigorous security screening and policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a professional demeanor and provide clear directions or event information.

Manage entry lines efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of traffic into the venue.

Maintain a high-visibility presence to discourage unauthorized entry or misconduct.

Verify and scan tickets, passes, and credentials for validity.

Perform security screenings using wands, metal detectors, and pat-down procedures.

Identify and report policy violations or disorderly conduct to supervisors immediately.

Visually and physically inspect backpacks, purses, and containers for size compliance and prohibited items.

Inspect food and beverage containers for glass, alcohol, or other restricted items per venue policy.

Clearly communicate and explain prohibited item policies to guests with courtesy and tact.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time) during a 12-hour shift.

Comfortable working in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently to conduct thorough inspections.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally.
