Location: Manufacturing Plant in North Las Vegas
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Overtime: Overtime opportunities available based on production needs
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you will help produce plastic electrical boxes and related components used in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. Team members will operate machinery, inspect products for quality, and support daily production goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate plastic molding and manufacturing equipment according to company procedures.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Trim, assemble, label, and package plastic electrical boxes.
Monitor machinery for proper operation and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Accurately record production data and completed work orders.
Assist with material handling and moving products throughout the facility.
Support team members and help meet daily production targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience.
Experience operating industrial machinery or plastic molding equipment.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
