Job Description:
We are hiring Bilingual (English/Spanish) Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team at a warehouse that produces vending machines. This role involves assembling parts and components, following quality standards, and supporting production to ensure orders are completed on time. Bilingual skills are preferred to help communicate effectively with our diverse team.
Responsibilities:
Assemble vending machine parts and components according to instructions
Follow production and quality standards
Inspect parts and finished products for defects
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Assist with inventory and supply management as needed
Follow all safety procedures in the manufacturing environment
Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with team members
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
